Hi, Sadaf, No worries. I don't intend to give up. Thank you for your vitamin recommendations. I have been buying all of those and then some from Dr. berg for a long time.

I know what you mean by the plateaus and healing. My being a lot older than you I have experienced that many times. You are still doing great by holding on to your lost weight. That says a lot about your determination.

Yoyoing is what hurts a persons metabolisms, I think. It took me years to be able to get back on the Keto diet. Now it is my lifestyle for the rest of my life. I value your opinions.

I have had an interest in nutrition since I was 16 and used to read any thing I could find on the subject, even the encyclopedia. Then when I was in my 20's I sold Shaklee food supplements and learn a lot more. I never feel like I know enough about nutrition so, these days I spend a lot of time researching on the internet. Some of that information I have to take with a grain of salt.

    Hi Sadaf,

I bet it's really cold there. Here in north Texas our lows are only in the teens. But no snow just ice. We have chickens and their water freezes.

You and I are both at a stand still. Only I have gained also. I have also had to cut my hair to shoulder length due to it getting so thin. I'm not sure why this happened to my hair but, I think it maybe because I dropped my calories to low and I'm have a hard time raising my calorie in take. I'm just not hungry enough. You are so close to onederland. I know you can do it.

    Hi Sadaf,

You have done fantastic. Wow, over 30 lbs. gone in less than 20 or 21 weeks. It has taken me over 50 weeks to lose really just 22 lbs. My ticker shows about 47 but that is from Dec. 2018 when I weighed 208 lbs. I am so proud of you.

How are things at work? Have things gotten better there? It's a lot worse here than it was before November.

emoticon I know you are a busy lady. I sent that last comment out automatically to those on the "Intermittent Fasting" who aren't active on that team (even though there are a lot of active folks on there, in fact it's the most active team of the four I lead). Sorry, you're doing great with what you're doing.
