Baby time
It is pregnancy round 5. I do hope to keep my weight gain to 25-30 lbs which is slightly less than others because my start weight is slightly higher. I intend to continue regular exercise and need to improve my eating habits.

My Goals:
1. Stretch 5 min every morning and evening
2. Eat at least 1 fruit and 1 vegetable daily.
3. 250 punches daily.
4. Kata 3 times daily.
5. Make a SP post daily.
6. Build support system.
My Program:
1. Work up to waking up with my husband.
2. Plan weekly meals on the weekend.
3. Log onto SP daily.
Personal Information:
I am a mother of three beautiful little girls who light up my world. It's fun to get them moving and exercising with me. Sometimes we even get Dad in on it too.
Other Information:
I like being outdoors and would even prefer to cut the grass if I didn't have to do the dishes. I love to read and finally started making time to do so. I like to cook and try new recipes especially ones from scratch. I love sports, but seldom get my fill.

I hope your Thanksgiving went well!! We had company from Wednesday night till yesterday morning. That is always stressful for me. But they seemed to have a good time, and are gone now.
