Check out recipe for buckwheat bread:

Or just thebreadkitchen.com. No, we’re not going gluten-free. We wanted to add some more grains to our diet. Tim has been watching Dr. Mark Hyman on YouTube. It’s changed his perception regarding nutrition. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not. ; )

Maybe your sister didn’t add the heat?! I used to love hot and spicy, but I don’t have the iron stomach I used to have. Tim made buckwheat bread with no wheat flour. He sliced it (20 slices to a loaf) and put it in the freezer. Then we put it in our Breville oven frozen and toasted it until it browns, otherwise it’s too crumbly. It’s a cross between bread and crackers and I love it. With 18 carbs, 3g fat, 7g protein, 135 mg sodium, and 4g fiber it’s really satisfying. I put the recipe into MyFitnessPal. So easy!
