Guess what? I am tired of taking a backseat to my own life!
Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by my page! I have been a member of Sparkpeople for about 2 1/2-3 years off and on. I would lose track of what my main goal was and usually fell off of the wagon. Not this time. I am quitting smoking, working out and eating right. I know it's a lot of goals to be thinking about but I figure, why not just go all in? "Cold turkey" on all of my vices.
I have always been on the heavier side my whole life and now that I am getting older I realize ...

I have always been on the heavier side my whole life and now that I am getting older I realize that I want to be truly and utterly happy. I have realized that through all the good times and laughter, I was not *truly* happy and a lot of that had to do with my weight and how I felt about myself.
I am determined and committed to this journey!

Walking
Running
Elliptical
Crunches
Strength Training
Eating properly
Avoid eating after 8PM
Cycling with my 1.2 Trek!!
