Eileen, you make my heart sing for joy. emoticon emoticon I haven't received such a compliment yet! You, my dear, are the 1st! And emoticon so much. My family won't say so, and my husband is the Great Saboteur! He likes me heavy, FAT at 205 and entices, tempts, and tries his best to get me to cave in! He put me down so badly, that after my 1st day at the gym at 134, The part I don't understand is when he sees a heavy woman, he puts her down, calls her fat and disgusting, yet that's where he wants me to go back to emoticon It took me 1 month to go back and cry at the counter, believing his lies. Gratefully, there were a couple of women there to encourage me and make me feel better! emoticon Women RULE! emoticon

Sweetie, you will get to the "new you", not the "new me!".I've always cried over my top-heavy figure and slim hips and legs, but when I saw this photo, I'm thinking, "I look pretty good just as I am, because God created me this way, and I've worked very hard to get here!"! It is me! It is who I am! I am unique and don't need the "bottom heavy" figure popular these days. Boobs used to be the in thing, and I had that, so I was happy. But then men's desires (put there by society and the pics and movies they started showing) changed and I didn't and I could never be that. I am this! And I am happy! Why try so hard to please someone else when you are happy with yourself! emoticon

I say none of this, nor wrote my blog, from a place of self! It was for you, and women like you! I want to be a good encouragement and motivator to others, in all areas of my life! I give all glory, honor, and praise to my Father God, for I have not been alone on this journey! "I" get in my own way!

emoticon on your success! emoticon Hey, girl, you're more than half way there! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon time!

I found a similar recipe in Sparks recipe app & made adjustments to it. Once I saw your blog, I just had to make it. I pulled a sneaky on my husband by cooking low calorie/fat this morning & same for dinner. He needs to lose weight too.

No, I did not get the recipe on Sparks, I included the web address underneath the picture, the website is called Budget Bytes and the name of the recipe is "Slow Cooker White Bean Soup". If you key the website name and recipe name into your search engine, you should be able to find it if you don't cut and paste the link.

You will need to make calculations to determine the nutritional content by entering it as a new recipe in SP's Nutrition Tracker. I love Nutrition Tracker, it helps me watch my calories. If your hubs needs to lose weight, I would just follow the recipe and not use broth but just water.

    Hope you enjoy it!
