    One valuable secret to weight loss is to eliminate hunger. If you want to avoid intense food cravings, don’t skip meals. Skipping a meal may seem like it’s a good thing so that you will eat less, but the truth is, you will probably end up eating more than you usually do. The key is to eat many small meals, like six, instead of three big meals. Consuming regular meals of complex carbs with protein, and a small amount of healthy fat will keep your blood sugar stable and you will feel satisfied. I know I run into problems when I don’t eat for a while and I am starving! That is when I make bad food choices and overeat. Keep hunger at bay by eating small healthy amounts every two to four hours. Concentrate on food with staying-power. Don’t let hunger set in - - eliminate it!
