Hi! Thanks for stopping by my spark page.
I am learning many things about myself and my body on this journey I am taking.
I am a 61 year old mother of 3. I have a daughter and two sons.
I have been married for 39 years now.

We have 3 beautiful grandchildren


I have been a stay at home mother for 33 years and have just gone back to work. It is possible to be out of the workforce for this long and go back. One year in July. ...

I am enjoying this journey with spark people very much, finding new friends and learning a whole new way of life.
I hope to meet many more friends on the way to a healthy new me.

I love to quilt but enjoy sewing and knitting also.
