my highest goal is to be healthier.
I would love to walk the Appalachian trail start to finish!

My Program:
 For my program I am using 6 week body makeover. It works for me if I stay with it. I also love to walk and am waiting for warm weather. Hoping to get a yoga tape in the near future.

I'm from Southwest Lower Michigan.
49 years old, married, three children, full time college student, part time teacher of robotics. Love to camp, read, quilt and spend time with family and friends.
