    I'm still reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. about emotional eating and how to keep it from ruining your success. I've lost 33# and I know, like you, I'll keep going.

    I'm having fun doing TaeBo and zumba (latin aerobics) Make it FUN! and it will get DONE!

    You got to find what works for you. I started off trying to be more active in my daily life. I worked out three times a work. I try to eat smaller meals and more meals throughout the day. I never skipped breakfast. I try not to eat after 9pm. I did my own meal plan but used the tracker to track my calories. I found the tracker to be very useful. As far as getting to my goal weight it may or may not happen. I am happy where I am now. Only time will tell. Use the message board to help you through the bad days. It took me five months to get where I am now but my results are not typical. I wish you luck and if you want to talk more hit me back.

    found your page! hope things improve for you... it sounds like both your relationship and your tree-damaged house are thing that can absolutely be repaired, with some time and effort. you can learn to trust again. for now, work on you. everything else will fall into place. take care of yourself!
