Introduction Text I have been saying that I'm gonig to lose weight for the past 5 years. I have lost some, and was doing good, but thing excusses start getting in the way of my promise to myself. I'm not going to side with excusses any longer. I know what I need to do, I just need to do it and get it done.

Goal is get back the figure I had ten years ago before it is too late. I would like to eat healthier and be a hot Mommy.

8 for 2008 1. 8km daily 2. 30 min yoga daily 3.2 nights karate 4. count cals, stay withing limits. 5. cut out sugar 6.cut out caffine 7. 5 fruits/veggies daily 8. NO EATING AFTER 8pm.

Hi, I''m Emily. I''m an American that lives in Norway. Married a Nowegian and we have a 2yr old boy.

Hardest thing about living in Norway is that the nutritional info on the food here give just the info for 100g. And sometimes there is not info just the ingredients. But there is no info on serving size and it is in general a big pain in the butt with all the weighing and math, but I am getting the hang of it. I use working this hard to find out how many a calories there are in things makes me think a little harder on what I''m actually putting in to my month.
