    Because of the Covid-19 spreading since those classes a plague pools (I was sick all of last summer with like 4 back to back colds and all of January and half of feb).

    Mainly because I have serious anxiety about falling on ice and not wanting to cancel a bunch when the weather is bad (Chicago suburbs so we get lots of snow and ice and cold weather too). I was going to do more classes this spring but am holding off

    He’s 2.5 now so adult mattresses are ok for him now and I’m awake (we are evidence based safe sleep followers). I had been taking him to a mommy and me dance and pre preschool class in addition to the swimming but didn’t sign him up for the winter

    He’s been in full on anti-nap mode for a while. The only way I’ve been getting him to nap is having him in bed with me but he wakes up if I get out of bed. Today I managed to get my pt done while he is sleeping next to me so that’s an improvement!

    Seriously though how do you find time to workout? My child is pretty much still tethered right me by his umbilical cord 😹 I take him to a mommy and me swimming class which is a workout for my knee, but I’m having trouble even getting my pt done!
