Fitness Minutes: 11,004

My Goals:
1.Lower cholesterol
2.Wear a bikini-confidently
3.Enjoy getting dressed
4.Enjoy clothes shopping
5.Be happy being naked in front of a mirror with the lights on!

My Program:
Keeping calories under 1500. Working up to getting back to the working out.
I'd like to eat as "clean" as possible but I'm not there as of now.

5. My HRM-Polar F60-it's such motivation!
6. My non stick pan! In fact, I need a few more!
7. My measuring cups, spoons and food scale! Of course, I'm pretty good at guessing but accurate is best.
8. Oats-regular and steel cut
9. Water! I know...some of you hate it. I love it!
10. FAGE (pronounced fa-yeh) yogurt 0% fat and 15 grams of protein! I love the stuff!
11. My treadmill! It's so hot in Texas in the summer!No heat stroke please
