Introduction Text Now that I believe I am a child loved and chosen by God and made in God's glorious image, I seek to honor him in my choices; my body is a temple of His holy spirit. I will seek to honor God through healthy living, seek to know the gifts he had blessed me with and to use them to bring other's to Himself through the Savior, Jesus our Lord. He makes all things new. If anyone is in Christ he is a new creation, the old has gone the new has come. Change comes through prayer and studying his word. I am participating in a First Place 4 Health program, that incorporates biblical principals of growth in mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul and strength.............a community of support is important for growth as we seek to know the Lord more clearly and his personal instructions for our lives.

Lose 5 pounds per month. Eat more fresh foods, fewer processed foods. Gluten and dairy and sugar free diet for 7 weeks. Make friends with cooking! Workout 60 mins 5 times per week. Increase my water intake to 8-10 cups per day.

Anti inflammatory diet with my daughter to improve her health. I have been active in a First Place for health group for two years and now beginning the Made to crave journey.

Live in Washington Work as an Occupational Therapist for schools Single mom with two children. Attend Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.

Romans 8:28 All things work together for good to all who Love the Lord and are called according to HIS purpose.
