My Goals:
I would like to be healthy, happy, strong, and confident!

I would like to loose 25 lbs by October 2011.

Cook more meals at home.

My Program:
Cardio M W F
Zumba/ Kickboxing- Weight Train

Portion control, no fried foods, sodas, watch sugar and bleached products.

Modify my diet between these two:
Pescetarian: Someone who doesn’t eat meat but eats fish or seafood.

Flexitarian: A hip and trendy word for what some people call a semi-vegetarian. Someone who isn’t a vegetarian but eats several vegetarian meals a week and might be selective about what types of meat she does eat (such as organic chicken only) and how often.

Personal Information:
Southern Diva St8 out of Texas. I think we should all live by the golden rule, and strive to make this world a better place. Sounds corny, but that is how I really feel.

Other Information:
My hobbies are Shopping, Reading, Shopping, Watching Movies, and did I say Shopping? I have a serious shoe fetish, and can never pass up a pretty dress. I also love interior design and could watch HGTV sun up to sun down. I think the Tivo is the greatest invention since the automobile-not really, but its in the top 10 :-). I am totally addicted to any court shows- Judge Judy, Judge Mathis, The Peoples Court, Law and Order,The first 48, and CSI. I also love hospital dramas like House and Grey's . My all time favorite HBO shows are OZ, Sopranos, Six Feet Under, and Sex and The City-unfortunately, all shows have ended, but my love still goes on. I have a wonderful husband and two biological children 15 and 6, and one step son 14. They are all great kids.
