Amy getting herself back
I am 49 years old. I've never been thin. I've gone up and down and been on and off this site even, but I have never been this heavy before. I have two wonderful kids and I work. Add to that our dog and the ravaging horde of fish and you can see I am kept pretty busy. Just to make things more fun, I have PCOS. I'm hoping to get the symptoms under control by getting back to a healthy weight.
Something just about me... I grew up on tv and I love it. I used to go to sci fi ...

I had been doing this and lost a ton of weight, but I've gained it all back and then some. I'm back though and I'm hoping to get things back together.

My Program:
I'm using my fitbit and making sure that I move.
I'm adding strength training at least three times a week.
I'm going back on Metformin for my PCOS.

As you can guess from the name, I'm fannish. I started with ST:TOS and kept going. I love what they are doing with the Avengers / Marvel Super Hero movies. I went to see all three Riddick movies in the theater. I'm going to the 50th Anniversary Dr. Who Celebration in November.
