I have things to learn that's why I'm here. I know what it takes to be healthy and fit, I just seem to have a hard time doing them consistently.

I am happily married and have three daughters (19, 14, and 12). I am 5'11" and love being tall - most of the time (unless I'm shopping for pants).

I want to feel good when I look in the mirror. I want to feel good about myself and the choices I make regarding eating and exercising, and above all I want to be healthy and fit!

My Goals:
Re-starting simple:

1) 100 mins exercise per week
2) Keep hydrated.
3) Track food 5xweek.


My Program:
Be consistent in exercise.

Pay attention to what goes in my mouth.

Music - wide variety
Art - papercrafting - scrapbooking and cardmaking, plus mixed media, drawing
Exercise - seriously.

I also love to read. I read a wide variety of genres, currently into historical fiction (I love the monarchy of England) and period mysteries.

I also love gaming, kinect is a fav, and board games even!

    I love your smile. Your whole face beams. I reckon as women we tend to underestimate the love and pride for us from the people around us. I TOTALLY agree with HMEGLI, your family love you and ARE PROUD of you, you just don't know it.

    You go girl. I love your idea of fitting in 10mins a day into your schedule. Would love to hear how you get on.

    Thank you for sharing your nutrition and fitness trackers. Sadly being the naive believer that everyone is good, hackers and my husbands sensibility and pesimisim I've been wary about sharing info on the site (internet for the world to see). However seeing yours gave me inspiration. I realised it can only help me and possibly others. I've already noticed a couple of changes I can make to my eating in a day.
