Hi everyone,

I have been struggling to get my weight in check for years. I finally have the drive and ambition to do it! My fear of high blood pressure controlling me is a strong motivation! The extra weight i have on my body is effecting my self-esteem, my health, and it is limiting the things i do now. I dont feel comfortable in my own skin! I feel like the fat girl of the group. I need to do this for me and my family. No more time for excuses only time for results!!!!

currently doing the essential protein plan and walking with michael T 6 week body makeover strength training!

i am undefinable. i am everything and nothing simultaneously. i am an introvert with hints of extroversion. i am silly yet serious. i am confident yet conscious of self. i am intelligent but i have my jessica simpson moments. i love to laugh. i love being exposed to new things. i love to travel. i keep a small circle of friends but its cool to have associates. i think i'm right most of the time.However, i tend to be wrong on most occasions. i only enjoy rain when i'm inside, with the blinds open, laying next to a beautiful soul. i like green tea lattes. autumn is my favorite season. my imagination has a mind of its own. i want to study philosophy.i am easily annoyed. i overanalyze things. i love to eat great food. i love yoga. i am a night owl. i want to learn to riverdance. at home, i think i am a grammy award winning singer. i shouldn't have stopped taking dance classes. theres so much more for me to learn about myself. for now..... i just am........

    Thank you for my goodie! This past weekend I meant to start by C2K training and went and did SUP and bike riding instead. I need to focus on the training because I do know I am doing something along those lines with the lunch time club. ahhhhh! I need more hours in my day!

    Thank you for welcoming me to the C2K Team! I walked my first 5K about a month ago, and DH has encouraged me to train to jog our next one. I haven't started the training on the team site yet, but I am in a lunch time running club at school and am starting with some walking/jogging two days a week. I will get onto the training this weekend!
