Thanks for the workout music tips - I am pretty much into all different genres of music... except for real heavy and my daughter's screamo (escape the fate, day to remember etc).
I never thought of using classical! What a concept... so today on my free time I'm going to explore some Russian composers and see what I can find. I'm very excited about that - Thank you! 2522 days ago

You were the first one to make me laugh this morning - thank you for that! The Fitbit is another activity tracker - it logs your steps, calories burned, sleep process and other stuff. I've found I do more moving when I physically see what effort I'm putting into it. No need to google now :)

You left a comment on my blog a couple days ago. Hope you don't mind that I added you as a SparkFriend since it seems like we have a few things in common. I just graduated from college but I am looking to work in schools (right now I work teaching private music lessons to kids out of music studios). So I'm still probably building up my immune system to germs! My gym is slightly less accessible (it's in my apartment building used only by tenants) but I'm willing to bet I got sick from something one of my students had *sigh*
