No excuses; only results. What would that look like?

-I would set goals and challenges and bust my butt to meet them.
-I would eat nutritous foods all the time (or at least mostly).
-I would work out regularly and hard.
-I would find the consistency that seems to elude me.
-I would finally start losing these 50+ pounds that need to go.

What are my motivators?

-The sense of accomplishment and self worth that come from achieving something I worked so hard for.
-Knowing my children have a healthy, active example in their mother.
-To live a long, healthy, and full life because I've treated my body well and it will serve to do the same for me.

    Ok, if you get a chance check out my blog. I want to see what I can do in August. Your goals may not be the exact same as mine but if you are interested let's do this together! Let's see what we are made of in August. I want to see what 31 days of dedication, planning and healthy eating can do. What I did was come up with 5 reasons why I want to lose weight, 5 ways I am going to change (fitness wise) 5 ways I am going to change my diet/eating and then strategies to help me through the rough patches. We can keep track of our eating, check in on each other, blog about our progress etc. Let me know what you think. I think you would make a great accountability partner.

    Hi Angie!
    Hope you are doing well! I've been off of SP for a while....taking care of my mom and she has no internet at the house!!! My baby girl graduated this past Saturday!!! Between taking care of my mom, Prom, Graduation and a whole lot of other things on my plate, I am pleased to say that I did not let the stress get to me and I actually LOST 2 pounds!!!!

    Any big plans for this summer? I have a trip out to Long Beach, CA in July for my clothing business and a few Rodeo's to go along for the ride with my daughter, but nothing major.

    Its been HOT, WINDY AND DRY here! If I am not up to walk the dog by 6 AM its not happening!!! Great accountability huh?
