Introduction Text I am a woman with many hats to wear but love being a Grandmother and a Weightloss and Beachbody Coach. Helping others is my PASSION in life. Lost my husband to illness in early 2012 after battling heart disease for 9 years. Im a lover of life so getting fit and healthy is what I intend to do! I want to end the trend of obesity one pound at a time! Have been obese for a long time and last year decided I needed this for me! My goal is top teach people about fitness and nutrition through many different paths including Beachbody (which is awesome by the way!!). Im not giving up and giving in and I'm going to WIN this battle!!!

Want 2 b fit and healthy!! Want to feel better about myself

Trying 2 stay within 1200 and 1500 calories a day. Cardio everyday at least 30 minutes and strength training at least 3x a week. DRINK MY SHAKEOLOGY EVERYDAY!!
