Reached Goal, lost 64lbs after baby!
I am the mother of 6 girls and 1 baby boy ages
11, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3 and 8 mos.
I lost 64lbs after baby number 6 thanks to a consistent workout schedule and counting calories with sparkpeople! Made it back into size one jeans! I maintained for one year before getting pregnant again.
I am now working hard to lose the last 8 lbs of the weight I gained during my seventh pregnancy. No problem baby! I am encouraged knowing that I have done it before and I can do it again. ...

I work out at home in the mornings before breakfast and then again in the early evenings. If I can make time to exercise, so can you!!
Food. Ideas.. this is usually what I eat.
Breakfast: 1C oatmeal with fruit OR egg whites and spinach OR 1C frosted mini wheats with NF milk and fruit.
Lunch:Cottage cheese is my secret weapon. I eat 1/2 Cup with 1/4 cup of crushed pineapple or a handful of frozen raspberries. High in protein and low in calories PLUS it fills me up. I bake chicken breasts early in the week, package them separately in freezer bags then enjoy one with a V8 and a handful of salad greens when I want a different lunch. Smoked salmon with whole grain crackers is another lunch favorite.
Dinners are a variety of proteins, vegetables and whole grains.
Lots of water all the time.
I lost my previous 64lbs while still allowing myself up to one ounce of Bakers semi-sweet chocolate each day!
That way I never felt totally deprived.
Apple slices and grapes are a great snack to help satisfy a sweet tooth. *Thin apple slices are awesome dipped in Greek yogurt! Try it!
