Introduction Text My history is irrelevant. Quarantine and this pandemic have changed everything. As a former fitness instructor, mainly group, I have a pretty good background and stay current with IDEA and ACE. I no longer teach classes or attend them because our workout remains closed. Possibly until January. This has forced ed a new focus on walks and indoor training— not optimum, but doable. My education is in two disciplines... English Lit and Sport Administration. An avid reader and I have many interests. Fitness, Health, Travel, Art and Architecture. Married for the second time... this time happily, and we share his three adult kids, and my two.
