    Hey there, thanks for visiting my page. Sorry it took me so long to respond. My life since November last year has been a whirlwind, I feel like my feet are slightly hitting ground again. You are so right, we try to teach our girls to respect themselves and their bodies, but we cannot do it ourselves. I am going to change that. Today I am starting the Extreme Fitness Challenge with my office and getting ready for the Relay for Life. Last year I challenged myself to run 20 miles and ended up going 30. This year I want to shoot for 20 again, so I need to start training now. I hope all is well on your end!
