My Goals:
I am going to work on 4 key things this year
Drink a gallon of water every day. To do this I am going to fill my water gallon holder in the morning and drink from it throughout each day.
Eat more protein - 1 mg/kg of weight daily. To do this I am going to pre plan my meals and track daily.
By 12/1/2020 I will be walking 16,000 steps 6 of 7 days a week. To do this I will increase my average weekly steps by 20% until I'm consistently walking 16,000 steps 6 of 7 days a week.
My Program:
I'm following the Full Plate Living diet.

Hello! I'm a long time Sparker (I joined in 2009) following Full Plate Living to help me achieve my goal of being healthier.
I live in Ferguson, MO, I'm a RN and I am working for Fleet Feet in an administrative position. I am an avid sports fan and LOVE my Missouri Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals.
I'm looking forward to making 2020 The Year of the Bike!!
