Wow. Life definitely takes you places you never planned to go. Moved a year ago, and life has taken many twists and turns. While work is not everything I would want it to be, we now live closer than ever to an amazing paved, flat, multi-purpose trail - which makes my cycling goals more achievable than ever! Maybe this will be the year that I can repeat my century goal!

Now, if only I can maintain my goals once school starts again, and I am both working AND a full-time student (yay degree... here I come!)

Fitness Minutes: 25,619

My Goals:
Trying to lose weight and just be over-all healthier. I've landed in the hospital every year for the past three years (none of the reasons were weight related... just a string of really bad luck). But each time, it has laid me up for weeks (or months) at a time, and it is so depressing and frustrating.

My Program:
Pedaling a lot.
Rock climbing some. (I climb because I'm terrified of heights - trust me, it helps... a lot). Climbing outside it way more fun than in a gym! #NRG #RRG # Seneca #Chatt
Tracking what I eat on here.
Trying to be more accountable about what I eat and do.

Personal Information:
Moved in 2007 from a suburb to an 20-acre farm. Found that I was more out of shape than I thought.
Moved last year from that farm to a suburb outside Cincinnati (and really close to a paved 70 mile bike path!)
Still out of shape. Want to fix that... and look better too.
Still married to the guy of my dreams for going on 24 years, & mom to (two) amazing kids... well, adults now, I guess (*sniff*)! At least the younger one still likes me.

Other Information:
Adding full-time college student to my schedule beginning this fall, and I am determined but intimidated. I have a tendency to stress-eat, and am hoping to establish some better behaviors before that whole new level of stress gets added.
