    Hi FoxyRed. To answer the questions that you asked on my SparkPage... my exercise mainstays are Total Gym workouts, jogging on my Urban Rebounder, and doing Winsor Pilates 20-minute mat workouts.

    Generally, I do Total Gym 2-3 days per week, I jog on my Rebounder for 60-75 minutes 2-3 days per week, and I try to throw in at least one Pilates workout per week. Every now and then I'll throw in a TaeBo workout DVD or a FIRM workout DVD for a change.

    I've been using my Total Gym for 3 years and my Urban Rebounder for 2 years and I can honestly say that they are two of the best fitness purchases I've made in the 20 years that I've been exercising regularly.

    And thank you for the SparkGoodie too. emoticon
