    After years of struggling ... losing, gaining, losing gaining ... I have been following my doc suggested elimination protocol. Eating lean protein, non-starchy veggies and low glycemic fruits. I also switched to eating 3 meals and NO snacks.

    I am walking 1 hour 5 times a week either outdoors or on my treadmill. Strength training is on the horizon.

    Good luck on this bumpy road to health.

    Hello. With my profile, I not a shining star. Since 2007, off, on, off, on. This yr, made decision to stick to it. I encourage you to do same. I try to earn at least 50 sparkpoints a day, track ALL food, exercise ten mins a day, 45 mins i feel best
