March 7th 2012:
Hit a platue back in sept or something. then life got stressful *i mean moreso.. lol and i slipped into some nasty habits again and didnt care too much about the weight cause i was fighting a losing battle at that point. now i'm getting myself awakened again. started going back to the gym in January. but just a handful of times. went on a 2 week vkay in feb till march 1st. so now i'm getting back to it. and gonna start logging my food. and really start eating with intention.

Cant cry over having to Re-LOSE the weight. i hope and pray to bust through the last platue weight! (177) but first things first... Back on the WAGON!

Lets see.. what else..
I have zero children and don't plan on any. I am an eternal "aunt" and I'm great with that! :) though i do want to foster parent someday..

I welcome pen pals and anyone interested in being spark friends. :)

My Goals:
I am the heaviest i've ever ever been! i NEED to loose about 75 pounds by setting goal dates along the way and not focusing on a specific weight by this (insert date) date. I just want to get smoke'n hot! i've never been that. but the biggest loser show really really inspires me that I can get awesomely fit.

Just watching what I eat. being a calorie nazi most the time. and my job is pretty physical. so trying to get to the gym a couple days a week. i will also be incorporating beach body's shakeology and their vitamins.

Weight seems to be an on-going battle. i hope i am finally on track enough to actually reach my goal this time around. lost 10 pounds from march 7th to 28th. so i guess thats a good start. (again)
I love living in alaska. but also have spent several months in mazatlan mexico. its like a second home now. wish i could have a second home there. maybe someday! :)

Other Information:
I just think life is short and I hope to reach my health goals and enjoy the body God gave me.

    If you are just doing stuff at home, I would get one of the Biggest Loser DVD's they are killer. When I do my home workout, I do my favorite moves from one of them, and just try to tone my problem areas. My flabby arms and butt. I am always looking for a walking buddy. I am too scared to walk anywhere alone, I don't have a dog. I have worked all over town, started at AK sales and now am filling in at Big O's auto. What hours do you work?

    Hi there...thank you for your positive words. It means so much when strangers reach out to keep you motivated. I have been so busy the last few weeks I can't see straight, so I have been working out at home. Just some lunges and some hand weights. I am wearing a off the shoulder dress for Halloween, so I am trying to tone a little. You look really familiar, I am sure I have seen you around town before. I do go to Planet Fitness and have had a membership there for a little over a year now. I like the atmosphere and usually try to go after I take my som to preschool, from 1230-230. For the last 3 months I have fluctuated between 180 and 200lbs. I am determined to get to 170, that is my goal weight. If you want to come to PF with me one day, let me know, I can bring a guest whenever I want. Hope you have a great weekend!
