It's time for a Life change2!


Hello

I'm 45 and have been overweight for almost 35 years, have been diagnosed with diabeties when I was 22 years old. Now I have a 5 year old son that I want to see grow up and spend a very long time with him. I also have a beautiful wife who wants to do lots of travelling later in life and i need to keep up with her! This is my second attend and I'm going to try baby steps to get to my end goal of 50 lbs.

My Goals:
Short term is to stick with this program. Long term is to reward myself. And most importantly to live a long happy life, With out the extra baggage.

My Program:
 Starting with tracking what I am eating every day to see what is going in for calories. Started to exersize more and follow in my wifes foot steps

Aug 16 getting back into swing with Spark after surgery
