I say to myself - "Girl, you are amazing just the way you are!" I am but do not always feel this way with so much weight to lose. My weight loss journey will be a hard journey but am willing to make it work with baby steps.
I am happy positive person but want to be a little bit healthier & much thinner for this petite body that I have.

My Goals:
#1. To drop some ounces that lead up to pounds lost!.

#2. Eat healthier snacks & more clean foods-veggies/fruits/protein.

#3. complete weekly workouts- different exercises.

#4. my dream weightloss goal - Lose at least 15 - 20 lbs.Birthday - end November, 2019!!

#5. Try new foods, fruits, and veggies.

#6. Put me first most of the time!

My Program:
Started Weight watchers online - 1/2016- success of 20 pounds lost in 2016. Not successful on ww freestyle so went back to sparkpeople. Like the food tracking - calories & nutritional values a lot better.

On Sparkpeople lost 10 pounds in 2020!

Make very healthy eating as a lifestyle choice.

Do portion control & write down all the food I eat.

Do 80/20 rule-80% food-20% exercise.

Love to cook and making healthier meals to lose weight.

Personal Information:
I am now 59,
No kids just stepdaughters & 5 grandkids.
Love living in our home, after living on the road for the last 7 years with my hubby, & enjoying not working after 30 some years in the workforce.

Other Information:
Love to read - all types of books
Love to take pictures & love my digital camera got back in Sept. 2010. It was a must since my film camera didn't work anymore.
