Hi Victoria Welcome to Sparks and YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT team. I hope your finding your way around sparks.... Useing the trackers is very important for tracking what your doing right and wrong. It takes a little while to get the hang of things, but hang in there this is the best site to get a healthy lifestyle.
Come by and introduce yourself to the team. Post a challenge for the month it can be for anything. I would suggest making sure you get min 8 glasses of water a day and 2 fruit with 3 vegies a day to start. This would be a nutrition challenge you could log 1 time a week with how many days you got the #s or everyday to biuld consistancy. DD 4772 days ago
