I'M BACK!!!! I HAD A BEAUTIFUL BABY BOY ~ JAXON!!!! I'M READY TO GET BACK IN SHAPE! HE'S 2 1/2 YRS OLD. IT'S OFFICIALLY TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK. I'VE STARTED SOOOO MANY TIMES AND HAVE NOT REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT YET SNICE COLLEGE. I THINK MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 135LBS, BUT I'LL KNOW IT WHEN I SEE IT. MY OFFICIAL START DATE IS 3-1-12! I'M GOING TO BEGIN P-90X AGAIN & I HAVE TO STICK WITH IT THIS TIME. I HAVE TO START LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY!

I'LL KEEP YOU GUYS POSTED & HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU ALL W/ TIPS, YOUR GOALS, ETC! LET THE GAMES/BLOGS BEGIN!!!! ;)

My Goals:
To get to 135-140 by the end of November 2012 , or lose as much as I can, but ultimately 135-130 lbs is my goal! I'll post my weight & measurements here!


Get lean and have muscle definition.

BE CONSISTENT!!!!!!

Have working out be a part of my everyday life & work out at least 5 days a week.

Get up in the a.m. to work out before work & pack my gym bag the night before so I have no excuses!

Plan out my meals & cook every week to ensure that I am eating healthy & always prepared & as a bonus it saves $!


Officially start program on 3-1-12!





My Program:
Keeping my daily caloric intake between 1200-1500/day & allowing a cheat meal 1x wk & 1-2 light drinks on the wkends.

Cooking every week and preparing healthy meals to stay on track & take my meals to work!

Drinking 64 OZ.-1 gallon of water/crystal light daily.

Limiting myself to 1 drink on Fri. or Sat every weekend.

Doing cardio 1-2x's/day 5-6 days a week until I reach my goal weight of approx. 135lbs. 1 hr cardio in the a.m. & 20-30 mins of HIIT in the p.m. or vice versa.

Strength training 3-5x's wk and resting on the weekend.

Taking classes at the gym to keep my body guessing and switching up my exercise routine approx. every 6 wks so I don't hit a plateau.

    I remember you from Marcel & Leanne's wedding...My son was the little guy trying to peek at your little baby boy in his stoller...lol

    Well. I just wanted to let you know that I share the same goals that you do for weight loss...I am getting married to Stefan, Marcel's younger brother Sept 2010.

    I just found my wedding dress yesterday...So I have some motivation to lose the weight for sure. I do not want to pay for costly alterations...If I do pay for alterations, it will be to take the dress in, not out!

    I just wanted to encourage you and have someone on Sparkpeople to check in with from time to time...that can help me stay on track with my goal...

    Vickie - Thanks for the add! I was skimming your page real quick and was wondering, did you go on the cruise? How was it? I'm heading to Mexico the end of next week and unfortunately have not been working out. Not how I'd like to look/feel for a great vacation, but you have to start somewhere!! And when I get back I'm kicking myself in the butt and committing to this again!
