My goal is to be healthy for my family and for myself. I want to be around whenever they need me, and I want to be able to enjoy the journey.

 I'm trying to make better choices about what I put in my mouth and how I take care of my body. This means some diet changes and more physical activity.

    And I agree that the adjectives unproductive and good are not in opposition to each other; relaxing the mind, refreshing the body and spirit - perhaps unproductive work-wise, but also very good, and necessary!
