Introduction Text Hi. I have been at this weight loss thing for a while now. I had initially lost 70 lbs my first time around. Gained it back and some. Lost 25 lbs again, and gained most of that back. This time, I am gonna succeed!! Update: June 1,2020- after Thanksgiving,I weighed myself and found to be at 345!! My heaviest!! Since that day, I have started keto, and to this date, have lost 54lbs!! Still on this crazy train, but plan on keeping it on the rails!!! I have 70lbs to go.

I intend to lose the weight that I have gained over the past 10 years from overeating, eating late, and being lazy. I want to live healthy and make sure that I can keep up with my children.

I am exercising: walking, strength, hopefully soon get a bike. I am eating healthier: more veggies, less fat. I am being more active.

My name is Josh, I live in Pasadena Texas, which is east of Houston. I have a lovely wife and 4 children total; a 19 year old son from a previous relationship, a 8 year old daughter, 6 year old son, and a 3 year old son. I love all my children dearly and I want to live healthier and be active more, so I can have a chance to be around longer for them. I know that I cannot guarantee it, but by living healthier, I am giving myself a better chance.

I play saxophone in a funk band and play sax in a r&b/blues band also. I've heard that playing an instrument can count as burning calories...which with the funk band I can agree with.
