I am starting over...again ☹. My last job was a high impact and a high activity job. I was eating 7000-10000 calories a day and I didn’t gain weight (I was already, really fat when I started). When I started my journey back in January of 2013, I only had to change what I ate to start losing weight. I went down to about 4000-4500 calories a day and just had the pounds melt off. After having an on the job in 2014. I was unable to return to my Job. I started to gain back the weight that I was able to lose. The weight gain was slow, (I lost 80 pounds in less than six months 98lbs in 9 months) it took about 2 years to get back to where I started. I have gone back to school after I was released with permanent lifting restrictions. Being in school means that I am sitting most of the day. During the first 3 years at school, I gained about 30 pounds. I have been maintaining a weight around 444lbs till near the end of March when I suffered an extremely debilitating medical issue. This issue has left nearly immobile. My weight has increased to around 455. Without being able to exercise has made it very difficult to decrease my weight. I know I can do this!
