    Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.     It's nice to meet you! I'm glad to hear that you are taking control of your depression. I had a friend who had extreme social anxiety so I understand that anxiety can greatly hinder emotional progress. You must be very strong to overcome these problems and still be losing weight! In case no one told you, I'm proud of you! Keep up the great work and I'm here anytime you need a friend or a stranger on your side. You probably know as well as I do that in times of great need, an excellent remedy is to get everything off your chest to someone outside your situation and I am a GREAT listener. I wish you the best of luck on all of your goals.
