My motto has always been, "Love to laugh, laugh to live." I am looking forward making new friends and shedding pounds. I have a wonderful family supporting me. Maybe I can encourage others to make and meet goals as we travel this path together. I have 107 pounds to annihilate.( I don't just want them lost I went them gone forever!). I started trying this July 28, 2016. The day we brought my dad home from the hospital. I can do all things... So far 13 Pounds are gone. I am setting mini goals ...

Ten pounds at a time. 12/21/16 - 29 pounds gone. Next goal coming soon. To be 260 pounds by January 1, 2017. 12/31/2016 - 31 pounds gone. Goal reached! Next goal - 250 lbs. 05/19/17 - 42# gone! Next goal 235#.
