    Well, I'm in the UK and got them from an on-line hooping company - but I'm sure there are hundreds of them in the USA! There are some hooping teams on Spark People - they might be able to advise you. I believe you can probably get them from Walmart! I'll see if I can find a link for you.

    No, I'm in Mississippi - but my neighbor was plagued with calls from DHS here every time her daughter didn't like something Mom did.

    Sadly, Mom had no rights (my walking buddy) and the kids are not charged for bogus calls!

    However, they are supposed to check out any and every call made on behalf of a child for abuse and neglect.

    DHS = Department of Human Services and is mostly for child abuse and neglect.

    They came and checked my buddy's house so many times and looked in her cupboards and freezer/fridge to make sure there was food and that the house was clean, etc. Royal pain in the butt for her - her daughter was allowed to hit her but she couldn't even defend herself.

    Anyway, that is another story, lol, and now the shoe is on the other foot!
