I am a happily married mother of two children under two, who wants to get healthy for my family. I have lost weight in the past, but I have gained it all back and then some, until the last year, in which I have lost 36 pounds. I am working toward a life without obesity.

My Goals:
I want to be able to play tag with my children, without getting winded!
Look fabulous in a bathing suit(I'm a lifeguard)!
I want to feel deserving of the fact my husband regularly tells me I am sexy and beautiful( I have self-esteem issues)!
My Program:
I am eating a reduced calorie meal plan, I walk at least 3 times a week, I have upped my protein intake, and am conscious of my carb and sugar intake.

I practice martial arts on a biweekly basis, I love walking and love to cook healthful foods I look up on Pinterest.
