My Goals:
To fit in a smaller size and be able to sit, breath and eat with no discomfort.

My Program:
 To work out daily, either walk, stairmaster, or video.


Personal Information:
I am from Illinois born and raised, I have 3 girls ranging from 34 to 11 (the younger two are bonus kids) my 11 year old plays violin and the basset hound sings along as she practices.
