I bought the Body Champ for these reason: it is recumbent, and low to the ground. I have balance problems and I am far less likely to fall off of it. It's not very big also and I am not a big person. Takes up to 300 -400 lbs, I forget. I think the 300 lbs. The seat is NOT comfortable, I have learned specific stretches that I do prior and after biking that seem to alleviate this problem, mostly/ Not shaped like a regular bike seat at all, so buying padding was out of the question. It comes with tools but you have to put it together yourself and some assistance is a good idea, although i didn't have any and it took me three days to do it. I bought it I believe with my Montgomery Ward or Ginny's credit, it is not expensive as some or cheap as others about $249.00 to $299.99. I believe I bought it on sale and I had to wait 3 months for it as the order was backed up. Made in China.

emoticon Today I am going to try something new. Will it be a new recipe? emoticon Or maybe a new exercise? emoticon I find trying new things keeps me from getting in a rut. SO how about we both try something new today? Ruthie emoticon

I agree there is beauty in all things. We had Saddlebreds also that we crossed bred with our Arabians to get NSH's National Show Horses. Can't beat that Park lift on the Saddlebreds.

Thanks for commenting on my blog.
