Well hello stranger! It was a wonderful surprise to have heard from you! I hope you and the family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! emoticon

I am actually 32 weeks today, yay! If I hadn't already said that this was my last pregnancy, I would be saying it by now, LOL! It's not been terrible by any means, I really shouldn't complain, but I'm just getting too old for this! The baby is much lower than past pregnancies, which the dr. said is because of all my pregnancies. This is technically my 5th, as I had 1 miscarriage. So I have more pressure and more hip pain this time around. Otherwise, it's mostly been my emotions, which have been WAY out of whack.
I could have done better with my weight, but it's not horrible either. I think I will fall in the normal range of weight gain - for someone not already overweight. I still had a good 15 - 20 lbs to get to my goal weight. I'll get there...next year in fact!

So enough rambling about me. How are you? How is the weight loss coming along? How are the kiddos? Please update me when you have time! I have to friend add you back...I just cleaned up on Monday, and thought, well, if Gretta comes back, I'll hear from her! So glad I did!!

    TGIF! Have a wonderful weekend!
    Hugs,
    Beth

Hm, that is interesting about your treatment. I kind of feel like my doctor is just prescribing the default treatment for me because he said all that without doing any tests except for a manual exam and listening to my history. No ultrasound or anything. If you don't mind me asking, what weight were you at when you conceived? And 60 carbs, wow, I don't think I could do that! :/ I get cranky.

Rats, another person who remembers me from the old days! :P A huge congrats for having your baby, which I apparently missed!!!!! Lane is such a good name. I'm looking forward to getting back into it, actually glad there's still some of the same people faithfully posting on here. :)

Of course I don't mind that you added me as a friend!

PCOS effects everyone so differently, I know that I lose weight when I makes sure I take my medicine (Metformin), eat around 800 calories, keep my carbs around 40 and workout. It's sad and true, but I had a bout of no appetite which is how I discovered this is how I lose weight. And it was the weight loss of a normal person. Now I am just trying to find foods that don't give me tummy troubles. Too many carbs, tummy issues. To fatty of meat, tummy issues. To much lactose (milk products) tummy issues. I was a vegan before, but being a no soy, low carb, low gluten vegan is near impossible...unless I want to go raw and eat nuts and seeds all the time.

Hope you find something that works! By the way, there is a PCOS group that is fairly active (more active than any of my other groups at least)!

Have a good one (and sorry for rambling)!
