I live in Pensacola, Fl and I'm 71 and I've been to St. A several times and I LOVED it there. So beautiful.
Go to Youtube and listen to an interview my doctor gave. He's 77 and I lost 50# after he put me on Metformin. The title is:
AGE MANAGEMENT MEDICINE - WARD DEAN M.D.
Also, go to Youtube and listen to the videos of Jacksonville, Florida weight loss surgeon, who is the Carb Addict Doc: Robert Cywes M.D. He uses a Keto diet and explains why it works. 160 days ago

Saw one of your posts about not having motivation to exercise consistently. In the past, I was The Inconsistency Queen. It was the 10 minutes of Cardio a Day spark advice that broke me of my horrible habit. I would do 30 minutes a day, with the knowledge in the back of my mind, that if I wanted to quit at 10 minutes, I was ALLOWED. I was STILL a SUCCESS. I was NOT a failure. I did this for 2 or 3 weeks when my DESIRE to w/o and my energy level kicked in. I have now earned Consistency Awards for 17 months straight, including many times of obstacles...like a pulled muscle (12 weeks of healing), caring for my aging mother in my home, ovarian cyst surgery, more immediate care of my mother, her death and my grieving process, and now an upcoming hernia operation. I'm SOOOOO proud of myself that I CAME OUT ON THE WINNING SIDE of each of those very tough situations. And I want YOU to know that 10 minutes a day, is certainly do-able. Even if you're just wiggling your feet during a show. lol Do ANYTHING! And do it DAILY. (6 days a week). Be proud! ~Susan 1456 days ago
