My Goals:
To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way.
My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs.
My long term goals are to weigh 125 or less and not have to take BP medication
any more.

Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.

 I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing.
I'm 63years old.
I have been married for 44years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .

    I saw that you went swimming today -- I'm in Virginia and my pool is like 74 degrees -- to me that is ice water! My granddaughters are coming tomorrow and I'm sure they will be in it anyway! Are you in Florida or something? I saw the Appalachian trail photo and I'm from Louisa, VA and have hiked part of the trail up the mountain from Charlottesville. Am I anywhere near you? If you'd rather not say that's fine too.
