Breakfast Cantalope 1/2 small cantalope 1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt 1 tbsp sliced almonds 1/2 tbsp. honey handful blueberries 8-10 1 tsp. chia seeds ( I don't use these) mix all ingredients and put into the center of the cantalope calories 266 fat 5.9 cards 41.9 protein 16.3 fiber 6.3 ww points 4 this is from the slender kitchen 2819 days ago

Hi Sisters...hope you are all doing well. I wanted to share with you a pretty tasty recipe it's from Hungry Girl.
Ranch O bacon Chicken one 5oz boneless skinless chicken breast 1/2 tsp. dry ranch dressing/dip mix (I used Hidden Valley) 1 tbsp. precooked real crumbled bacon ( like Oscar Mayer or Hormel its in a jar) black pepper
preheat oven to 375 spray baking pan with a nonstick spray. season each side of the chicken with a dash of pepper, then place chicken in a the pan. season the top with the ranch dressing mix. evenly place bacon over the top of the chicken. use a back of a spoon to gently press down and help the bacon adhere. bake in oven until fully cooked, 20-25 minutes one serving
