Summer 2018
I did it before and I can do it again. It's just a matter of making the time.

My Goals:
Recommitting to sleep, in bed by 9:30 every work night
Working on consistent strength training. I lost a lot of strength when I adjusted to my NYC schedule, and I want to be as strong again at 49 as I was at 47. Noticing that it's a lot harder to regain strength lost than to keep it when you have it!
Getting 14K steps a day and at least 22 flights of stairs pretty consistently, but need to slowly ramp up the time in high intensity challenges to my cardiovascular system.
Sorting out how to cook when my workday starts and ends before and after the local grocery stores open and close and where I can only occupy 1/6 of the refrigerator space.
Wanting to feel as confident at the beach this summer as I did in 2016.
Working on graduating from the assisted pull-up machine to a plain old bar. Learning ballroom dance and ice hockey.
Sewing a wardrobe that fits my goal weight body.
House sold, now finalizing my divorce, and starting over in New York.
My Program:
A monthly challenge on my super supportive SEM team: a fitness goal, a nutrition goal, and a geeky goal.
And to never get a UTI again, daily supplementation with D-mannose www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23633128

We went backwards here AND the mayor is making everyone wear masks now. Which I count as a good thing. Yay for the beaches opening up in summer!
