    Hi CGEM61! Thanks! Yeah, I workout Mon/Wed/Fri so far, and don't work the same muscles in a row. That gives the muscles four days rest or more, which is plenty of time. My abs get worked every workout, but that's still two days rest between workouts. I've always found abs to be resilient though, as I used to do crunches every day many years ago. I've actually taken a health and fitness course at a local college, years back, and learned all about muscle growth and healing, and how it increases your metabolism through the healing cycle that your muscles go through. Excellent point though! Muscles need rest! :-D

    Wow! You rock! Are your muscles getting time to recover? You put little tears in them while you build, they need to rest to actually become well, buffed or more tone. Ask someone on spark that is more knowledgeable than me. Ask a coach emoticon have a great weekend.
