A New Life


On Thanksgiving Day 2005, I sat in front of my bedroom mirror and cried. I weighed 432.

It took everything I had inside of me to physically do my job.

Almost all hope was lost. I decided to try one more time, if not successful I would die.

I have meet a wonderful group of ladies that have joined me or I have joined them in this journey.

In a short period of time I am able to do things that I have been unable to do for years.

Not only my physical being has changed, also my mental being has changed.

2007. I managed to stay the same weight all year. Didn't lose any.



2008. I have gained 12 pounds over the holidays. I have started losing some of it. Hope 2008 will be better and see losses.

June 27, 2008. I had to document this day. 100 pounds lost.
