Overall Eventual Goal: -131 Lowest Weight Loss: -116. 8 Current Weight Loss: -116.8 Current Mini-Goal(s): -ride my cycling trainer for at least 30 minutes every day in January -Strength training 2x per week in January (weather depending-weights are at the gym) Maintenance Definition: +/- 5 lbs from 196 Accomplished Mini-Goals: -Maintained my weight for 2 months (+/- 5 lbs) -Rode my bike for 2 hours in a day -Down 114 by 11/4/15 -Down 105 by 9/30/15 -Down 100 by 8/1/15 -Down 81 by 5/24/15 -Down 76 by 4/30/15

Tracking my nutrition relentlessly, with occasional untracked meals (generally if I don't prepare them I don't track them), and exercise every day, at least 30 minutes, typically before 9AM, including weekends. I'm working up to walking a marathon distance again (have done it multiple times in the past). I'm also exploring cycling too, now that I have a bicycle again.

I work as a fundraiser for a music non-profit and created a 2nd music non-profit, where I was the Managing Director. Quitting as Managing Director in October 2014 led me to SparkPeople, and I consider my start date Nov 4, 2014.
