My goal is not only to lose weight & get to a healthier version of myself, but to also figure out how to deal with life's ups and downs in a manner that is not detrimental to my health (i.e. not turning to food). My Goals:
Sticking to low carbs... my blood sugar appreciates it!

Ultimate goal: 17%-20% body fat - to be a lean 165 lbs or whatever weight I am at to achieve a good body fat % (I wouldn't know - I've never weighed less than 185 lbs as an adult!)


My Program:
- replacing old bad habits with new healthier ones
- eating healthier meals & snacks
- drinking LOTS of water
- making exercise a priority in my life

I take inspiration and knowledge from: Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover, Tom Venuto's 'Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle', Bethenny Frankel's Naturally Thin "rules", Sparkpeople's healthy ideas and recommendations and my new source: 'The 16 Hour Diet' by Ashley Barnes - life changing info that goes against EVERYTHING you thought you knew about how to increase your metabolism & the easiest way to burn stored fat!!!!
